Raised locally, Donna began practising with DeGaris Lawyers in 2010 and in 2020 became a full partner in the firm. Donna now manages the operation of DeGaris Lawyers in Mount Gambier, where she is heavily involved in the community.

Jacinta joined our firm in 2022 after a number of years practising in Adelaide. Jacinta has taken over management of our Family Law Team and assists in Wills & Estate Planning and Estate Administration. She is also fluent in Indonesian.

Angela is another very experienced law clerk. Angela clerks for our Family Law Department and assists with Company Incorporation and Establishment of Trusts.
Sarah is our newest Law Clerk and clerks for our Wills & Succession Planning Department, as well as for the Conveyancing Department.
Emma is the lovely, smiling face you will be greeted with at Reception and the voice you will likely hear on the telephone.
Deb is also an experienced law clerk, currently clerking for our Criminal Law Department and our Civil Litigation Department.
Anna has a long history in the Conveyancing world and is our Conveyancing Clerk assisting with all aspects of residential settlements.
